No find, no fee?! So this new company that has been hired doesn’t make a dime unless they find it? That’s a HUGE gamble on their part. Unless they know something we don’t.

It is a calculated quess. Because of engine information being broadcast we know roughly where the aircraft crashed, but it is still a big area to search. It is not a new company, it searched an area off Western Australia before.

Perhaps the pilot wanted it like this - to go far out into the Indian Ocean and never be found. The flight sim path doesn't lie.
@stevebarlow3154
@stevebarlow3154 8 сағат бұрын
It seems the most likely explanation. There were some complicated flight manoeuvres when it first went off its planned path and at the end of the flight it didn't simply run out of fuel and drop out of the sky. Someone deliberately landed on the sea, so there was minimal wreckage on the surface of the ocean.

The unfortunate thing is that it's deeper there. But if what they have got does wider scans and deeper scans at the same time. Then that would be a good thing. @stevebarlow3154 5 сағат бұрын
@@brianpreston8483 No, Diego García is nowhere near the search zone. Have a look at a map of the Indian Ocean. Transmissions of engine data indicated that the plane flew south, not west, before going into the sea somewhere to the west of the Australian coast. Diego Garcia is a very active base mainly used by the American Air Force and Navy, although there is a small contingent of British military personnel there too, as it in theory is a British Territory. Strangers are rarely allowed to visit and a civilian airliner landing with all its passengers aboard would scarcely go unnoticed by all the service personnel serving there. The rumour was just someone's conspiracy theory and complete rubbish.

Yeah this new search will definitely find the wreckage and collect the USD 70 million of Malaysian tax payer money. So the few pieces of metal will make everybody happy except the Malaysian tax payers. May I know how much value will the few pieces of metal bring to the family members of the victims? Do these family members really want the Malaysian tax payers to pay USD 70 millions of their hard earned money just to get a few pieces of metals? What value does this bring?
