Let the male-to-females participate in a league with similar hormones to them, or even by weight classes... E-bikes don’t damage the trail any worse than a standard bike. Actually, the e-bike weight keeps them centered in the trail while the standard bike has people digging out the trail edges as they like to run up the banks instead of staying centered.
