Thank you for excellent coverage. I am an American and the Queen has been in my life my whole life. Have been to the UK a few times. I love the pageantry, the pomp and circumstance. It's all very regal and has so much history behind it. That is so important. Some younger people don't get that because they haven't lived through so many things that have happened over the years.

I admire the English people because they instill this pride in their children and teach these long held values and traditions to each generation. It is a joy for me to see their street celebrations whenever some joyous occasion happens in their royalty.I remember a time I'm our country when children were taught at home and at school the values and traditions this country was founded upon. Do a street survey asking teens, 20-30 year olds simple questions such as "what country did we fight to gain our independence?" 99.9% don't know. Especially if they are northeast coast. Sad, really. As an outsider my perspective of this is renewed respect for the British people. This has shown part of what it means to be British where the British culture have utmost respect for Queen, Royal family and their country. The Royals set an example in many ways for the rest of society. Service to the country and its people, gratitude, conduct, classy upper class speech, dignified dress, manners, self control, moral values, family values, leadership, diplomacy, unity, duty, patriotism with out saying it etc. Bowing to the Queen even after her death, guarding her casket until the end. Standing in queue for 13 hours is part of doing whatever it takes for the Queen and the Royal family. Consider this the Royal family is such a part of society and so famous within Britain its literally in the hearts and minds of every British person. The Queen conducted herself in a dignified and pleasing manner before God and country she set the example.
