Had a playthrough recently where I punched Nazeem and lowered my fists to disengage, but Uthgerd still decided to sneak up from behind and 1 shot him. Didn’t get a bounty for it, but his wife definitely sends assassin’s my way on a regular basis now.

I wonder what happens if your first entry into Solitude is at the end of the Civil War quest? Or better, if your first entry into Solitude proper is after it? This could possibly be achieved by starting Battle for Solitude, getting arrested by a guard, then breaking out of jail in Castle Dour. That way, you would be inside Castle Dour without ever entering Solitude proper. And then you could get out using Astrid Kidnapping Services, if you find a bed to sleep in.

i love elder scrolls it definitely is one of my top games to go to when i've just beat a new game or something. i also i love fable , it's serious but at the same time kind of has a low key comical aura to it. one of my favorite first time skyrim memories was when i got launched in the air by the giant near whiterun at the beginning of the game, i was just tryna help the guards take down the giant then next thing i know i'm two mountains over haha

You can execute Astrid or Ulfrik with light spell, light projectile so slow that it can kill Ulfric 10-15 seconds after being launched. But I of course cast soul capture

For Nazeem drawing an axe and whacking him is pretty basic stuff. What you really want to do there is snipe him from cover with a fury spell. Or rage, whichever one works on him. Done right, no NPC will see you do it, and the entire city will carve him to pieces. Guards, kids, shopkeepers, everyone. I give Aerin the Rage treatment as well. Mjoll, usually being the closest one to him, is usually the one who kills him. Dirge because that toughguy smartass mouth of his must be silenced. Watching the entire Thieves Guild picklestab him to death is glorious. Also, that preacher guy in Whiterun who never shuts up. Fury shuts him up for good. Illusion... best class of magica in the game. Certainly the most fun. Quicksave before use strongly advised.

Start the battle and run onto the bridge and once he fallows freeze him and the ice would slip him off, it would kill him for the quest and he will respawn to leave Sovenguard
