You're forgetting a lot of details from Holgeir and Fjori's story. They fought for so long, neither of them gaining the upper hand, that they realized they were equally matched and fell in love. Then one day while they were out hunting, a snake bit Holgeir and Fjori went to get the antidote. She gave him the antidote, but then the snake bit her and there was no antidote left and she was so exhausted from rushing to get the antidote that she died immediately.

I found out how to make it fairly consistently spawn!! So first thing is is you need to have a Bard sing ragnar the red, and then you go to haiman's shame at night, hopefully you can just re-clear it out and once you come out the other side start walking down the hill where the horse is standing, which was previously unaccompanied, there should be a hunter riding on the horse coming up hill try talking to the hunter on the horse and for about 30 seconds usually, I've had four different times of me doing this and each time from behind me the headless horseman would spawn and start running from behind. You cannot talk to this Hunter, and all the all four times this Hunter was a dark-skinned female. But yes I had tried this theory four different times and all have worked I should have recorded the times for the other ones but currently the one I'm on right now and I'm looking at that I'm currently doing it happened at 12:15 a.m., 22nd of Sun's dusk. 4E 203 but I can make sure the year had been different. Hopefully you have the arvak horse conjure spell so you do not have to keep reusing stamina. And no it will give you an option to talk to the headless horseman if you catch him but he/she doesn't say anything as far as I'm aware maybe I'm missing something. Also beware touching arvak to The horseman for arvak with respawn! Happy to respond to anybody who wants me to be more specific!

With Yngvild, (I'm pretty sure you've already covered this, but it's still worth a mention), if you have a high enough Sneak skill, or a good enough with Archery, you can either steal or knock that soul gem off the pedestal. That is what is keeping all these poor women enthralled. When you do that, they will turn on their captor and do most of the fighting for you.

Telekinesis / sneak / illusion build works well. The freed thralls tear him apart. Similar to wolf skull cave. If you kill the main necromancer conducting the resurrection ceremony right at the start ( which is easily done with high sneak & impeccable archery, ) … the draugh turn on the necromancers, killing them with a serious lack of empathy, let alone mercy

My take on the wispmothers are that they’re Skyrim’s version of banshees, which fits with your theory because banshees are considered in many fictional world to be the corrupt ghosts of eleven women. Aside from that, two ghosts that I liked were the ones you run into in the quest Book of Love, that pair of dead lovers really made me happy.

Eight years and I'm only just now learning/realizing that "Malkoran's Shade" is his own soul, and not some shade that he took ownership of like the other draugr he'd corrupted. I actually encountered the headless horseman in the Reach and Falkreath holds as well. Also the chief Kyr was slashed so badly he could phase through walls. Maybe he learned the secret of the clip. As for Arondil, I never fight him. With telekinesis you steal his special soul gem and every undead turns against him. That is always more satisfying.

Your sneak should be as high as possible and you should have armor pieces enchanted with sneak enhancer (and muffle too if possible) Then try to avoid the Draugr's. And this is making it sound way easier than it is. There is always one that may detect you so move very carefully. Pacifying them can also be a good option when they do detect you.

A fun little thing inside Yngvild's throne room: If you have a high enough sneak and sneak around the edge of the room without being spotted, you can loot the soul gem on that pedestal. If you take it, the ghosts at Arondil's side will turn against him and start attacking him.

I recently found the headless horseman for the first time, but I think he was glitched, because his horse was missing. He was just sitting/floating in mid air. Out of curiosity, I told Lydia to attack him,and she started shooting him with her bow. The arrows, of course, went right through the ghost, bounced off the rock behind him and I just picked them up from the ground. Free infinite ebony arrows :)

You miss a small detail about the Pale Lady. If you put back her sward, there will be a reward for you , a trials of light will show up from the sword and lead you to a hidden huge chest in the mountain in front of you.

When I completed The Pale Lady quest the pale blade had an ancient Nordic sword texture which made me not want to keep it, if it look like the pale blade in your video I definitely would have kept it!👌 It also seems the Pale Lady is based on La Llorona. Out by Riften, the Reach, the snowy mountain roads near Solitude...he’s not just around Whiterun, he’s quite literally anywhere on the map between 10 PM and 5:30 AM. He’s so hard to find as a result, and I’ve been fortunate enough to bump into him many, many times while adventuring.

well.. theres a bit more to 11:21 story if you have a high enough sneak skill you can take the soul gem behind the guy. seen here at 12:13 on the right side, you can free the spirits from his control and they will attack him this is for if you want to do something a bit extra but you can do what ever you wish :)

I've played Skyrim since 2011 and was stunned when the Headless horseman ran past my Tundra Homestead around 5pm! So of course I ran after him, used my force follow mod to make him follow me, and he's a good fighter. I sent him to live with Anise, minus his horse, but it won't last if he respawns. I wondered what his back story was...._..

Best part of the Yngvild quest is that if you are sneaky enough, you can steal a soul gem off of a pedestal near Arondyl. Doing so causes the ghosts to turn hostile on him and get their just revenge.

Fun fact: if you steal the soul gem next to Arundil without getting noticed, the ghost next to him turns hostile on Arundil, making the fight way easier.

I made a character who uses the Helm of Yngol, Shield of Ysgrammor and the Pale blade. Now I have learned that Yngol was a descendant of Ysgrammor and the Pale Lady fought with them too. So I basically accidentally made a lore friendly build.

Do another 5 extremely rare items you can get Jarl Elisif's clothes (fine rainment a variant of noble clothes) in game with wabbajack they ur supposed to be unobtainable but it's a secret method that not many people know about it can even be done on vanilla 😀

@@reaperone2306 save before going to her ghost. Have a wabajack and a weapon in the other hand that does reasonable damage. It may not work the first time that's why you save but you have to turn her into a chicken with wabajack then quickly kill it. It will reset her inventory sort of when the corpse of the chicken is on the floor search it quickly and the clothes should appear. Take them as you will never be able to obtain them again they are extremely rare and are only worn by one or two characters being a varient them called embroidered garment which are a different colour and pattern but the same clothes. But these are worn by high king Torg who is dead ofc and they are through normal playthroughs an unobtainable item but the fine rainment can actually be obtained without any mods and it can be done in vanilla aswell as I have tested it myself.
