Cool to have an All Blacks coach who doesn't get overly defensive or prickly like his recent predecessors and is devoid of the dry humour they possessed (Henry, Hansen, Foster). Razor comes across as vulnerable, dyslexic and awkwardly funny: but confident, passionate about the AB legacy; and able to express himself in a simple and down-to-earth manner that the regular Kiwi bloke can relate to.💯🔥

Scott Robertson knows what not to do. And that is what has made him the success he is. Loyalty, work ethic, abilities, character, nous and drive are his; he owns them, but without knowing what not to do, all people will be found out, eventually. I think that NZRU have realised that consistant glory is a thing of the past, unless the managerial set-up knows what not to do. Scott Robertson will go on to form the proto-type foundation of elite NZ Head-Coaching in the tweny-first Century, during his tenure: I am convinced of that. But it will take him time. ABs is not Super. It is life, it is death, as the Ka mate Haka says. Extending "life expectancy" is where knowing what not to do, comes into 'play'; imho. "Chons da", Scott Robertson 👍🏴☠☘

Rassie has been the best in the world for the past 6 years. I believe there is now a challenger. I do believe they have us in terms of depth, especially at 9-10 and locks. Looking forward to our season and the bok's as well. WE are the elite and I expect Razor to have us up there competing with the very best. We lost our last 2 against the Boks, the French and not stellar against the Irish and the English. He is just NOT a loser. Zero confidence in Foz. He normalized a mediocrity not consistent with the jersey. I expect Razor will piut that period behind us.

Razor talked about off shore rugby be open minded its needed. Not change immediately rules every its in... but talking to players where want getting new experience, how making contracts how long ,with a year break in NZ, or whatever. Players where go outside for developing - finding difference why not support they to come back stronger? Be open mean not changing all.
