Best way for wedges I have found with ST+ is to have the ball a good 3 or 4 cm in front of the laser. Massively reduces no reads

I had many issues of no reads with the first unit that was sent to me. The 2nd unit that was sent is doing much better. I hit my wedges high and over the camera if placed on the dot or further back. I place them a ball left of the dot and a ball closer to the machine to get a more consistent reading. Driver has a similar issue but I found a ball right of the dot worked best. Numbers seem to be pretty accurate after messing around with the ball placements.

Interesting. I guess it takes some tinkering. I hadn't had any problems other than this session so if it continues maybe I'll figure out the tricks.

what are your thought compared to the launch pro? in retaliation to accuracy

I still haven’t spent a ton of time with skytrak+ but I did notice a few wild club path readings where it told me like 18* out to in when I’m typically 1-4* in to out. As far as ball flight everything seems to pass the eye test but the Launch Pro / GC3 is really the standard everything cheaper is compared to. I’m going to do a Skytrak+ vs Launch Pro video soon so hopefully that helps.

I am seeing an issue of high open face chips being missed most of the time. Can you verify on yours?

I’m about to post a video where I tried that and it missed most of them with an open face but then worked with a lower, square faced chip. Are you getting any “no-reads” where it misses the whole shot?
