I haven’t looked at your videos in quite a while and I apologize. My wife, daughter and I took a trip down to Fort Myers Florida and flew American Airlines from Philadelphia. Our daughter at the time was 2 months old and she slept through the entire flight. I remember how nervous I was to fly. That white noise can be relaxing. I even had a chance to say hello to the flight captain. Thank you Skylite Productions for these videos.

Even though I am a Boeing fan, I gotta hand it to Airbus. Their engineers designed the A320 family in such a manner that many of the landings go unnoticed. I've flown on the A320 family multiple times and never once did I feel a thud or bump, like the 737 upon landing.

LA was but a connection. I flew on with Hawaiian the next day to Kahului. So, no Delta flight after this one. That said, Monday’s full flight is a Delta 757-200.

Yes, we took off to the east and then turned to go west. It all depends on the winds. I think Atlanta tents to have an was flow; but I have been there before when it was a west flow.

Great video as always! I have a quick question, why are Delta flights significantly more expensive? I mean I consider American expensive too but with the services and atmosphere that Delta provides I feel like their higher prices are worth it.

Delta considers themself as the premium airline in the US. They've even said it before. That people should expect to pay a premium for a top their product. The problem is I don't feel like they are "the premium" airline in the US anymore. United has gone through great strides recently, and frankly I like flying on United more than Delta. There's a reason why I don't fly Delta much on here. I don't usually feel like they're worth what they charge. Which is fine. I have plenty of other options.

@@sla31 I arrived in Atlanta that morning to tour Emory, and I remember what a beautiful day it was. I haven't heard back from Emory, but I've committed elsewhere. The next day, the aircraft registration was N118DY. Also, we took off in the opposite direction, though the flight before us took off in your direction. They changed the ops while we were on the taxiway.
