Today We continue the progress on the slammed sierra. If you didn't know I am going to be walking you through the engine swap process from 4.3L V6 to 5.3L V8 LS engine. In todays video I cover all the steps to remove the transmission. This how to remove the transmission will also work on silverado and probably tahoe and yukon 2wd. I was able to remove the transmission by myself in my garage with minimal tools. We are now one step closer to the ls engine swap in the GMC Sierra.

I can't even believe how clean this truck is underneath. I could never find anything this age this clean here in Connecticut, the salt gremlins eat everything! Kind of a random topic, But a friend of mine swapped out his intake manifold to a tbss one on his 5.3 silverado, And it didn’t end up starting but now he discovered he had a bad injector and it was just leaking gas and now has gas in his oil... What does he have to do to fix everything to prevent blowing the motor or hydro locking it?If anybody knows and tips to help I appreciate it
