I just finished the game tonight. I always say if I cry then it’s been a memorable experience that I won’t forget.. Well this ending had me sobbing! ❤

You know the change to the Crows could be explained by Zevran being alive, I found out that if you have Lucanis and Harding in the party, the banter reveals that they don't take contracts with Fereldan after the eighth talon was killed, more specifically six people who took the mantle of eighth talon were killed in fereldan, which could happen if you did the crow quests in origins and if you have Zevran be alive and loyal, he goes one man army on the Crows and starts decimating their numbers. Combine with the Antaam and the crow leadership being reduced to five people, it would make sense that they would change their ways as more moderate reformists are put in charge to replace the old guard. Plus the short story in Tevinter Nights that deals with the Crows has Teia lament how far the Crows have fallen from their roots as defenders of Antiva, and with the leadership decimated thanks to Zevran, she is made a talon, which means she can do the reforms she wanted. I know it's mostly speculation based on what I had to research but I feel this is a plausible explanation for why the Crows are different compared to their original depiction.

That's ABSOLUTELY plausible but should've been explained better in the game.

No it was changed because the retards who made this game didnt want any "mean" options in the game. You cant even be a blood mage anymore. They pretty much fucked over the entire series. but retards like you just eat it up because your fucking tourist

@SlanderedGaming I think they did it because they couldn't use the Keep but they wanted to make it clear that some stuff happened. It had to be vague due to no keep, and it being a soft reboot of the franchise. Much as I hate it I can understand why, given the circumstances of the game's development.
