You're killin' me Tony. The Miata was fun but I can't wait for plan Z. My machine shop is telling me we gonna end up with about 9.2:1 compression which should be good all-around for the street. I'm putting in the frame bracing now, mostly at night cause it's so friggin' hot here during the day. My little 66 Valiant isn't gonna be a drag car, the plan is a corner turner that will scare some of the new cars out there for wayyy cheaper than they have to pay. Researching the front/rear sway bar combo also. A few more months before the engines done. (Limited resources and working with the machine shop so they play with it during slack times.) I'm even turning some of the kids in the machine shop on to a slant six! Can't wait for your test results. Thanks. MIKE

This is such a cool idea & concept that you put together. Who would’ve imagined in 1990s Mazda Miata powered by a Chrysler slant six? Not only is it a cool idea, it’s just unique and looks like a lot of fun to drive. I bet the car zips along a lot faster than it did with the four-cylinder that was originally under the hood. I bet the car will look even sharper when it’s complete.I love seeing car builds and projects like this that are out of the ordinary.
