Yes, it's Brian Johnson from AC/DC. It's Steven Tyler (Aerosmith) on the harmonica. Howling Wolf wrote and performed this song with the incredible Hubert Sumlin on guitar. It's incredible. The "killing floor" is a slaughterhouse floor. There were lots of slaughterhouses in Chicago where Howling Wolf aka Chester Burnett lived. It's talking about a bad relationship.

Great reaction! Also, haven't heard this before. Everyone left from AC/DC and GnR should unite for a world tour. Angus AND Slash! Brian AND Axl! It would be pure epicness!

Think you've done The Lemon Song by Led Zepplin, which is also a cover of Killing Floor. Gimme Robert Plant over Brian Johnson any day.

surprisingly good cover, guitar-wise, but if one has heard howlin' wolf singing the original, this still is weak. (johnson himself would agree, i'm sure.)

well yeah it's a cover not a replacement.
