@@sweetiethelion3430 Makoto always had Kyoko by his side, he had nothing to worry about, relatively speaking. Hajime always had Chiaki, and they both argued together at the same pace, with an additional support from Nagito, who was far more cunning than both of them combined. Shuichi was the Ultimate Detective and the smartest person in the cast, naturally expectations for him were extremely high. He additionally had the past experience of exposing a culprit who allegedly had good intentions. His only emotional support in the beginning was Kaede, who turned out to be the culprit of the very first trial - partially because of Shuichi. Kaito showed him support in the form of trust, but Kaito's ideology was completely incompatible with Shuichi's purpose of objectively seeking out the truth. Maki showed support, but she was also biased towards Kaito's ideology. Kokichi, whose goal was to end the killing game, hardened Shuichi's resolve by telling him that he has to be unbiased and objective during the trials, forcing him into the role of the Ultimate Detective in order to get through any ordeal thrown at him and not plead the fifth again like he did during Kaede's trial. The remaining students all kept saying how Shuichi's the one they trust a lot and how he is the Ultimate Detective, without even the slightest hint of thought that it might be burdening him. He ultimately was forced to be the carrier for the entire team, putting him on the same pedestal as Kyoko, the far more experienced Ultimate Detective, and Nagito, a genius of extreme mental ability who viewed the trials' mystery solving as a sacred act; all the while Shuichi being an ordinary person like Makoto and Hajime with some talent for solving mysteries.

Not only that, he's also dealing with his own issues and fears, we already know he is quite weak mentally Being able to go through this insanity whilst struggling on his own, must take a fuck ton of energy, mad props to him for dealing with it. Funnily enough, he's weak mentally but also manages to be incredibly strong mentally at the same time Please get him a break. He deserves lots of rest and care, poor guy must be exhausted and probably emotionally constipated, seeing as he has a habit of bearing his burdens alone and never really takes time to release those pent up emotions.

Just like Naegi, Saihara always call someone with "kimi". I like how in 32:09 , Saihara pretty much pissed off at Ouma and called him with "お前/omae" while in 32:29, he called Gonta with "君/Kimi". Omae and Kimi both mean "you" in english but omae is less polite than kimi. Kimi is more friendly. So when you see Saihara refer to someone with "omae" you know he is pissed off.

Kokichi may be the one to be blamed for causing the most tiring trial ever, but you can't deny that each of them had their own fault. Sometimes innocence can be a sin, it harms yourself and even the other people. Kaito is the one who always looks on the bright side, umh, perhaps this is good, but in this case, he just made everything messed up. It is my opinion so you can take it or not, it is up to you ^_^

I get that Kaito is annoying during this class trial, but I gotta say, I can’t blame him. It’s like this whole trial was just a giant lab experiment designed to fuck with Kaito. Not only did Kokichi design the most unfair murder, this version of Gonta never actually murdered anyone. It really shows the limits of Kaito’s ideal of belief since while he is *almost* right in defending that version of Gonta, he is completely flying against clear and decisive logic.

I am sure most of us don't have the problem with Kaito being stubborn, but the way he treated Shuichi during this trial was unforgivable. Shuichi's role as a detective is to seek out the truth and survive with the rest of the students, but Kaito kept on going how Shuichi betrayed him and sided with Kokichi. Kaito should know that Shuichi went through a similar case before during Kaede's trial, the only difference being that Kokichi wasn't the instigator and that Kaede was ready to accept her fate.

Miu could have killed everyone (technically everyone minus 1) just before entering the Neo-World Program with toxin and won the Killing Game. If she left more than 1 individual alive, she would have to go through the Class Trial and possibly be found guilty, in which case, she dies too. Kokichi had to let someone scrape goat for him as he wasn’t able to kill Miu himself plus the fact that Gonta was gullible so he was chosen to do that. I certainly feel your frustration though, I was really hard stuck on whether or not I even like Kokichi anymore after this chapter but I realized later after giving it more thought that he tried his best to help everyone out of the hell hole that is the killing game- and by extremely manipulative and cunning means at that I’m not here to convince you he didn’t do anything wrong- I was heart broken at Gonta’s execution. But I wanna tell you this if you didn’t catch it: Kokichi lies so much so he can manipulate people but also because he can show his true emotions at times and get away with it by acting as if it was a fake emotional moment. In my interpretation and how it was implied, he felt really bad for how everything turned out by the end of the chapter: hence why he went to the extend of asking to be executed along with Gonta. After Monokuma refused, he had to silently stand there for a few moments in grief before he can finally bring himself together to lie again: to act as if he didn’t care about Gonta. It’s the price to pay for his life style and his plan to end the killing game, and I think even he was truly hurt by how everything turned out. So that’s why he was even willing to give his own life in order to commit this plan to the end, he set up his own death in chapter 5 so he can end this killing game once and for all I understand why you dislike him, even I cannot say I can approve of the extremes Oma has to go to at times... but I just want to clear up misconceptions if you have any, or just simply state my point. Feel free to refute with a truth bullet and talk about your opinion as well, I’m open to listen c:
