Well yeah, the vocal delivery in the cleans sounds just like Corey. there’s a specific Slipknot song that sounds nearly identical to “and I think the hell is real” part but can’t pin it. People aren’t really trying to criticize slaughter for sounding like Slipknot. Alex’s major musical influences come from Slipknot and I feel like this album shows it more than anything else.
