A long list of things can cause headshake; start by loosening the fork rebound adjusters and reducing the shock spring pre-load.

I sent my suspension to a shop near me in Quebec, Canada called Stadium. After a leaking fork I dismentle it and realize that : They have put me a springs set that is only about 465mm of lenght and without any other spacer, is that something ok. I am going back to my old spring whit good spacer to get the 19.37" preloaded lenght to compare.

Missing info..(don't take as criticism) On your other WP rebuild video you suggest pumping the main rod to clear any trapped chamber oil. This could explain unequal oil amounts I found on the L to R fork upon dis-assembly. Going to take back off & apart to be sure. And to count clicks in for current rebound screw setting, and backing out fully as first step, just to be safe and good procedure. Instruction of installing the rebound valve/ rod nut would have saved some time and head scratching, Good Video. Was easy and saved me big in changing springs & oil..Thanks

Race tech website will let you enter the details like type of riding you do and type of rider you are etc and they will recommend a CC (its an automated system). I believe stock is 380cc.

Nice instructional, only if more time had been given to reinstalling the lower nut properly. If done wrong it seems you could ruin the rebound needle or seat, or could be done wrong (not to spec) quite easily. I guess the sequence is: Back out rebound adjustment screw 100%, install LF nut to seat on rod end, tighten lock nut to lower fork nut. Reset/ adjust rebound screw as in manual. Thanks, may try myself as to change oil.

I do not know how to do the chamber. I have an 08 144sx and want to put on my skf seals ans 5w maxima racing fork oil and want to know what I have to do. PLEASE HELP JEFF!!!

As someone who's been into both Kayaba and Showa twin chamber forks on many different model dirt bikes I found this video lacking A LOT of detail the average garage mechanic could've used. I'm helping a buddy do his WP so I wanted to brush up and if I didn't already have a working knowledge of suspension this video wouldn't have helped much. You speak a lot of the steps, but don't actually show them on video. A person who has never done this wouldn't know how to do it just being told. Better detailed VIDEO would be much more helpful. Just my 2 cents.
