Love this game. I have probably about 100 hours in to it since I purchased it a few months ago. Few games out of the large number I have on Steam have even come close. Though the new Battletech game is almost there also. I have better wins with the Ironclad, but like the Silent more. I have not tried the new one as I've been waiting for it to come out of beta. From what I have heard/seen of it I may find that one above the Silent, but do have to play to say for certain. Sometimes you see the combos and sometimes you stumble on things over time as you play. There are technically no bad cards that I have found, though obviously there are ones that I prefer. It is great when you have dismissed a card for the most part, but then find something that combos well with it that it has you consider using it again. I love how you can pull of some unexpected wins. I have walked out of more than a few fights with only 1 or 2 hit points and find a way back up and there are also some sad losses. Always fun in any case. There is also Ascension mode, which is where I am at with my characters when not doing the Daily Climb where the each time you win more penalties are imposed as you move up the Ascension levels. I enjoy the Daily climb and try to do it everyday as it is fun to play with the modifiers, though in a fair number of cases even with the unusual modifiers it is easier than Ascension mode for me at this point. Cannot wait to see what the currently locked mode is that is also coming in the future.

The stumbling thing is what I like best. I like non-linear games that drive home "sometimes what lurks around the corner isn't great, but sometimes, it is." This game feels like Darkest Dungeon, Hearthstone, and Ascension had a baby, and I love that kid :) Thanks for watching and commenting!
