Mother tried to clean the little one's messy body at around 40:00. She definitely noticed something odd about him. Such a sweet mom. If he made it, it would be all for her efforts.

@@christydelvey1356 We have no sound in the videos. I am wondering if the little one has made begging calls to get the mother's attention. I know these chicks do that when they are weak or get cold.

He has also been spending alot of time under his mother instead of in the pile with the other chicks.

@@christydelvey1356 Which is safer under his mother's body cuz the larger siblings are rough on him. That's is one of the major negative factors for being much smaller than other chicks beside food competition with larger siblings.
