My husband of 17 years blindsided me with a divorce last month. We have two teenage sons. My whole world has fallen apart, and this world is such a scary place right now, so I feel even more alone and scared. I am dead inside. I hope this helps me. I need a miracle. Thank you John, your videos usually are so comforting to me.🖤🖤🖤

Thank you. My ex won't leave my brain and then he calls me to tell me how sorry he is, how much he loves me, how he doesn't know why he ever let me go. The kicker? He has a gf - the girl he kept around while we were together. I need to leave all of this behind.

How are you doing?!!! I've been trying to leave the same toxic relationship for 15 years but i can't let go of it🥺 i know it sound pathetic but the good moments make me lie to myself that the toxic ones are ok to go through...15 years and i always think if only or but what if with someone else he's better that wouldn't be fair so on and so forth 😔

I just messed up the best relationship I ever had because of being overwhelmed by outside pressures. I hope this helps me through this dark place.
@timmspencer46322 жыл бұрын
You didn’t mess anything up. The only reason you view it that way is because now you have insight. Without that insight how could you ever change and continue to evolve as a person? The biggest mistake people make after a breakup is dwelling on the situation and thinking “if only I had done this, or if I could change that”. Whatever is meant to be will be, and whatever will be is. In other words, things will always happen as they should because they have to. Take that and incorporate it into your current reality. Hope that helps, putting things like that into words is always a little hard.

Timing is so important. An amazing relationship may simply be poorly timed… or perhaps this was the universe preparing you for an even more enriching future. Focusing on your own timeline and moving forward while giving yourself time to heal is all you can do. Locomotion. One day at a time. 💕 Years ago, my first true love broke up with me and it was traumatic. Time has given me an improved perspective. Turns out I was very enmeshed, codependent; I wasn’t able to focus on myself as much as my heart needed and deserved. I have grown so much as I learned to accept the new reality, while attending to all the things I had neglected in my own mental health while entrenched in my previous love. I know you blame yourself, but we all have a limited capacity to function when things are going on outside our control and external to a relationship. Perhaps use this time alone to understand your limitations, to grow, to tend to yourself. Who knows what the future brings… aside from knowing you will continue to be the consciousness inside your body. Give attention and love to the voice within you. It needs you. 💕 Sending love to you as you navigate this healing. Xo

15 years of being in a “relationship” time to move on and close that chapter and start a new journey of self love! I gave my all and didn’t get the same in return. Empty promises and false hope kept me held on. Now I’m finally letting go! Falling asleep to this to begin my first step!

Drug addiction has been my reason to have now lost a second opportunity to build a life with a family to call my own. Over 3 months clean and having to except my past mistakes and guilt that she left me for someone else cause i gave her no other choice i was jobless broke bitter and irresponsible. Life is getting better living life one day at a time.
@JohnMoyerHypnosis2 жыл бұрын
Sending you much light and love from me and my wife, Marc! As my wife would tell me when I face a particular challenging situation, "You've got this." You have everything within you to realize a profound difference within your life. Congratulations on being three months clean! One of things I share with anyone relative to any kind of addictive behavior: studies have shown that there is a connection between addictive behaviors and the body's levels of GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid). GABA is a neurotransmitter in the brain that modulates substance reward and reinforcement behavior. They've found that people whose produce lower levels of GABA, may tend to take on addictive behaviors. An interesting and powerful benefit to meditation and hypnosis, is that it actually increases our body's production of GABA. So that has been found to be helpful for individuals who are in recovery... Many blessings as you continue to keep getting better and better at living life! 🙏🏼

I was asleep and then an advert started that was so loud and awoke me with a fright. It was louder than John. Freaked me out and spoilt a good sleep. Is there a need for ads in an 8 hr sleep hypnosis? They should not be so loud in comparison to the content
@JohnMoyerHypnosis2 жыл бұрын
I apologize for that Meliha! There are not supposed to be an ads in the middle. That is a glitch on YT's end. It does happen one in every several million views across the channel. I will go in and reboot the settings. That in the past has seemed to resolve the issue. Thanks for brining it to my attention. 🙏🏼
