Before, I'm a real night owl. Now, I try to switch to early birl because my company is so far from my dormitory. It's over 20 kilometers. I spend about 1 hour going. After listening your podcast, I know how to do it. Yeah :v Thank you for podcast.

Actually, i am a night owl. I find that I can do everything very well at night and it is so important for me to do work in a quiet and peaceful environment. I had to try to switch to early bird, but maybe it does not match me. To be honest, I think early bird still is the best option for our health

If you ask me if I'm a night owl or an early bird, actually, I'm an early bird. However, I used to be a night owl, but I found myself struggling to wake up early to go to school and to concentrate on my morning exams. Additionally, the benefits of sleeping at night are healthier than sleeping during the day. In the early morning, I can also take advantage of the calm environment while others are still sleeping. 🌼🤍
