Also, to anyone watching the video (if it helps) that’s how I remembered the EEG waves from awake (eyes open) to REM - “BATS Drink Blood” (Beta, Alpha, Theta, Sleep spindles, Delta, Beta)

Sir... At 3:00 you said that firstly all the NREM will occur in increasing manner( 1,2,3,4) then they will occur in decreasing manner (3, 2,1) and then REM will happen.....But sir, once nrem 4 have taken place it must be followed by REM na.... Kyuki sir nrem 4 toh saare nrems m se sbse strong stage h uske baad toh poori cycle ka strongest stage aanaa chahiye ( REM)..... Sir mere according toh cycle esi honi chahiye.... Nrem 1 Nrem 2 Nrem 3 Nrem 4 Rem Nrem 3 Nrem 2 Nrem 1 Brief awaking.... Sir please clear my doubt....

Hey! This video has been very helpful. Thank you so much! I do have a quick question though - since you listed the NREM sleep disorders, are all of them a part of a specific NREM phase (1,2,3) or are they spread apart?
