How can you have a routine wake time when your baby is the one who wakes you? Our little angel wakes us anytime from 5am to 6:30am. We don’t naturally wake up till 7am

Your kids must be angels. My 9 month old doesn’t sleep until 4pm (right now/ that’s his I’m actually able to freaking type) … in my arms. I have to wake her up by at east 9 fir dinner… and then she’s up at 12-2am for bottle then awake at 4am. For REST IF DAY. I’m exhausted. She used to have two 2/3 hour day naps. Nope…. Not unless I’m walking her in the pram or driving. I’m getting no study done and I depressed. I have no family (had to cut them out due to extreme narcissism) I feel alone and desperate and incapable

Hi, I am so sorry to hear that 🥺I also use to have that same issues here are some useful tips that might help you 1. Make sure you give the baby oil massages during the day and give your baby a nice warm bath during the day time every day. 2. Make sure you are taking your baby post lunch and dinner for outside walks during the day and night time. It really helps. 3. Make sure to give baby some medicine that's helps the baby to get relief from the gas . 4. Slowly stop giving too many night feeding that is 🍼

Honestly, I tried melatonin to get my now 14 month old to get off to dream land. I dont use all the time, but when we are out of a routine or trying to get back in one.. I use it. It helps sometimes, but there's still days of struggle and lack of proper naps... *sigh* they need more parenting advice courses for all babies

I feel you mamma, I’m going through the exact same thing right now, sending hugs your way❤️ :( I can see your comment is 5 months old, may I ask is it still happening? My 2yr old keeps waking at anytime between 12-3am in middle of night hysterically screaming, it’s came out of no where for 2 weeks now and I can’t function anymore, my body feels dead. He won’t go back to sleep unless he’s with me but even then, he kicks, punches and pulls my hair, jumps around…. It’s impossible to “just sleep with him so he goes back to sleep” :(

Dude how do you keep the awake times the same when the baby refuses to sleep?? 17 months old. Has been doing this for months now. Went to dr 3 times about this. Says melatonin and I need to rock her to sleep for naps. My baby is always very restless. She jerks and twitches bc she’s soooo overstimulated. Literally no help except for them to recommend I rock her and hold her down so she can’t keep moving. That does help but I cannot seriously be expected to have to go rock, hold my baby down for sleep every day. She should be able to soothe her own self. It’s ridiculous. Please give recommendations. Idk what else to do. The naps/bedtime is always same time every night. However, it never matters bc she’s not going to sleep either way. Also let me add this: her awake time end up being wayyyy longer than recommended. Have told dr (ped) and still just acts like I’m overreacting and need to rock her to sleep. I haven’t rocked her sleep bc I choose to sleep train earlier after she was 9 months old and his dr really expects me to start rocking her NOW??! Lol. Please help. I’m about to find a new ped dr if I can’t get any help. I really cannot just be expected to mom all day and then during nap and bedtime (when that’s supposed to technically be MY ME TIME) have to give that up too???? At 17 months old. Crazy!!
