I used to manufacture personal care products on. A huge scale. I ran the warehouse, hired, trained and managed employees, procured raw goods and ordered containers, lids, seals, shrink wrap, and all of the components of packaging, including labels. Recently, after having patch testing, I am allergic to several of the raw goods I was exposed to. Doctors have told me that I will not build up a resistants to these 30+ ingredients. Some are natural herbs, some are essential oils, some are ingredients in creams. If I require an Rx that is topical, it is usually an ointment. I’m allergic to propolis ( which made me cry) my doctor say I could build up an immunity to a be sting, but not proportion bees wax. 😢 Also, I hate to admit that “Contact Dermatitis” is another autoimmune disorder. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is difficult to accept since I have been so resilient. This mystery was finally solved! In 2017 I had a reaction that was unexplainable! Now, I would like to figure out how to help others suffering from this same disorder. We all have a different map of what we are affected by.

Something I have done is go to my garden and pick an herb bouquet, calendula, basil, lemon balm, camomile, and put the whole bouquet in my bath… it is so lovely 🥰 and it’s easy to clean up when your done! But for winter time when the garden is asleep this is a wonderful way to get these herbs in your body for rest restore relax time!! And a totally great idea for family and friends for holiday gifts!!❤ love it

One think I do not like is such dense foam, that it's hard to even move. Thanks again for your review and feedback!

Allergic to chamomile. I can drink eat but it cannot touch my shin. I grew up on chamomile and my Mom gave it to us as babies along with fennel for gas. Before I knew I was allergic, I soaked a chamomile tea bag and held it on my swollen lips. Yeah, it got worse. I surly did not connect the two. Whilst waiting for my allergy patch ch test to be approved, I used chamomile/lavender tea for anti/anxiety and sleep benefits. Most of the ingredients I’m allergic to makes my lips swell and peel lime crazy!

I like making tinctures. Like to do a liver one with dandelion/milk thistle/burdock/and maybe some gentian root and oregon grape if I can get my hands on them. I usually take shots while making my tinctures. Then when the tincture is ready I stop boozing and hit the tincture to heal up until it’s out then I rinse and repeat :)

Hi. This sounds and looks amazing. In the uk its so nearly impossible to get the milky oat tops and i can only find straws... Can i replace the tops with straws and it have the same effect? I have looked into how to grow my own and found cat grass here (Avena sativa) means i can now grow my own because i have sourced some, but this will take time, so I'm just wanting to make up a batch of this befote then if the straws will work until i get some tops. Your advise is greatly appreciated ❤

I have a question that is not relevant to this video but I need to ask. I noticed the jars of herbs in the background stored in your cabinets. I have a small apothecary at home and I have been storing my herbs in closed cabinets based on information I have picked up from watching KZbin videos and reading about herbs. I am slowly running out of space in my cabinets can I store my dried herbs in the open on shelves like yours behind you in the video? My shelves do not have glass doors and my room is down stairs with windows that is as bright an area as yours. Please advise and thank you very much. I enjoy watching your videos and learning from you.
