A friendly reminder- Not every herb is right for every individual so it is important to do your own research before you try!
Beach Vibes Tea:
1 cup Lemon Balm
1 cup Oat Tops
½ cup Kaffir Lime Leaf
½ cup Hibiscus
⅓ cup Orange Peel
⅓ cup Goji Berries
This blend offers a delightful balance of soothing and vibrant flavors. The Lemon Balm and Oat Tops create a calming base, while the Kaffir Lime Leaf and Orange Peel add a refreshing citrusy note. The Hibiscus gives a tart, floral brightness, and the Goji Berries lend a touch of natural sweetness and a boost of antioxidants.

I love the North Carolina coast! My favorite beach is in Emerald Isle. My sister lived in Jacksonville for quite a few years, and I would go there to visit in the winter. Then, she would come to visit Michigan in the summer, and we would go to our favorite beaches on Lake Michigan near Ludington.

I learn so much with each and every video you create. Thank you so very much for offering so much information. Can I use dried St. John’s wort to infuse in olive oil? Someone it has to be fresh but I can only get my hands on dried right now and in desperate need of salve. ❤
@reibersue4845
@reibersue4845 Сағат бұрын
All my herb books say infuse dried into oils. The fresh has water content that will make your oils mold and go rancid quickly.
@TheHoneystead
@TheHoneystead Сағат бұрын
Yes! You can use dry! Most herb books do say to use dried herbs because there is a chance of spoil :)

Ok, I was confused because a store close that sells dried says that St. John’s wort will lose all medicinal properties when dry… but I didn’t think so.

This is off topic, but what would you recommend for someone that doesn’t have a gale bladder and appendix? Is there any herbs that will help my gut health? I plan on making this tea, I look so good! Also I want to start the fire cider.

Gut health herbs are vast, but it depends on what you are looking for, but for leaky gut.. I like vulnerary herbs like plantain.
