After purchasing my adjustable base + mattress, I was offered a “1-click buy” for a headboard (comes with its own brackets), as well as bed frames with headboards. So, I think the adjustable bases are indeed compatible with headboards.

A couple questions, would this base work with a Temper-pedic mattress? And when you say not headboard compatible, does that include if you place this base in a bedframe that has a head and footboard?

On the site, they have a premier base and a luxe base in addition to the regular one. Any ideas what the difference is?

When I was adding my adjustable base to my cart they promoted an offer to upgrade to the Luxe, describing it as “Upgrade to Adjustable Comfort Luxe for added lumbar support, allowing you to adjust the head, feet, and lumbar zones.” I tried leaving the check out and searching for the Luxe base so I can get more info but it isn’t on the site individually, only when you’re adding to cart. And I can’t find any other info online. Quite annoying.

It just came today. The base packaging is all ripped, the moving staps are sliding off and it weighs about a million pounds (something you did not mention). i can't even get it in the house. I wish i'd ordered the saatva. they put it together for you.
