I would’ve left it how it was when you took it out of the scrunchie without brushing it cuz it was more curly & I thought it looked good 👍🏼 🫶🏼

I call it hair cramping. I use a large scrunchy and it serves the same purpose.

I used to do this for years by looping 2 large scrunchies together. Even on healthy hair, using this method too often will cause your hair to thin. It caused me so much breakage at the base of the neck.

I sleep with my hair in a silk scrunchie like this nightly.. I don’t understand how it’s hurting😢

I ordered it and tried using it. It was very painful, tender and heavy and that was a small one. A silk scrunchie works much better imo. Don’t waste your money. If you have super strait hair like me it will give you a very weird wave. Again, don’t waste your money.

Try pigtail buns. They keep your waves flowing away from the face the way you want. The tenderness can be bad. Don't let your head get hot then cool in the buns.

They will fall out ( this type hair) so it’s more a style tool then a style maket

Makes me sad too because to me they're so beautiful at first. People always comb over curls and it's a little sad lol

Why would u comb out the curls with a comb. Why not use Finger brush

If you wrap your hair too tight it will hurt. It needs to be tight enough so that it doesn’t fall out while sleeping, but not so tight that it hurts. It more of a blow out preserver rather than a curler.

Just use a thicker scrunchie and it won't hurt

You’re supposed to do it very loose. The reason your head hurts is because you wrapped it too tight and it’s pulling your hair. You will lose hair that way.

I have always had a tender scalp. Wearing a scrunchie during the day or night leaves me sore. Even flipping my head upside down and putting it in a satin bonnet leaves it tender in the morning.
