Your Patronus Guardian - Magical Sleep Story for Healing (Inspired by Harry Potter)

Let your Patronus guard you and keep you safe tonight, as you let go of any worries, anxiety and fear, and enter a state of deep relaxation.
This is a 2024 remaster of the original 2021 version.
After a short breathing exercise, we begin this story in a small forest where the natural beauty of the world surrounds you. Trees, rivers and animals encompass this land, and you stand proudly with your wand in hand.
Before long you let your mind drift back to a beautiful memory that you have, and you allow it to completely fill you up before you cast your very own Patronus charm, taking the shape of your favourite animal.
You then go on a healing journey of relaxation, where you will also uncover a renewed gratitude and self-love, until you finally let go and fall asleep guarded by your Patronus, and by those that are special to you.
Despite having story elements, my desire with this track was always to make it a slightly more meditative experience, and I hope you enjoy.

This story is a beautiful relaxing meditation. I love all of your stories and smile with happiness when I find you have put up a new one. This story in particular was just what I needed to hear tonight following a very lonely day with a lot of negative thoughts. I am going to listen to it again now and I feel sure that I will fall asleep happily relaxed with it. God bless you sleepy 😺

@@SleepyCatMeditations there is an ad at the 6 hr mark on one of the 9 hr ones, as much as I love the ambient music etc after the story I’m retired and don’t have to wake up with the birds anymore. I appreciate very much the long ones, I just have to remember that one… and I know there’s nothing to correct it. How about Narnia stories in the future ?
