Even though the sleights were incredibly slick and for the most part unnoticeable, what i find the most impressive about this performance is the amount of preparation it took to prepare this routine and bring everything together. Stephen mentions in a later video that he did this part "sloppily" on purpose, as to show the audience part of the trick but still disguise it from the target. He may be lying of course ^^

Thats how you control the pace on a routine. Putting then on á defensive slightly nervous position is essential to guarantee some of the choices made by them... this is also a great way to avoid hecklers. This whole performance is a lesson thank you!
