This video could also be called "Slender Fortress - SF2 Touhou Sisters: Koishi, The Abandoned Girl chase theme".
The original track is called "E1 - Back there Benjamin" or "Back there Benjamin (Phase 3)" from The Caretaker's album, Everywhere at The End of Time. It uses the beginning of the music track, however it has been reversed.
