Great video, One comment though: Why the formula in Sheet FS-Annual Cell I49 shows the same value as the previous year? Is this an error? Should it reflect Income Tax for the corresponding year? Or is it intentionally being the last year analyzed? Also: Are those Conversion Rate and Cost per Signup reaistic figures for SaaS? Or are only as an example? One final question: Do you think ii is wise to use US Financial figures for Discount Rate, Interest Rate? or should one use his own country's? I guess it woould probably depend where the company will be incorporated. Thanks.

instead of ROUND maybe use FLOOR for new users and CEILING for lost users for a more conservative model
