Hi Slidebean team, I have been working on the "CapTable" section of the XLSX. We have 4 owners of company stock. The CEO, CFO, COO and the company itself. We plan on raising cash with investors and giving equity from the company to do that thus, not diluting the share of the CEO, CFO, or COO. I need to figure out how to move shares from the company to the investors without diluting everyone's shares. Is there a way to correct this?

Wow it's amazing how this is a full 11.10 minutes of ads for your company . I am serious. I am astonished by that. I couldn't have thought of a best selling strategy, now i feel like i want to have one of those models but indeed it's really hard they might fit a so wide variety of companies. So folks if you have read it until here. Be better CEO and MAKE IT YOURSELF. Why? Because you own your company. You know your company and you know it's not something standard ( unless it is so go on and get those files) ;)

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots, in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate. this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days. menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app
