That was called Chalet. It was before my time, but apparently people used to go dancing there, many many years ago.

Hopefully I will be doing the same again this June. I hope you continue the videos, really enjoyable and appreciated from here

Hi. I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. I was booking a holiday to Malta, and whilst I was booking I was suggested your videos. Well, they helped me so much! I have problems with pain, and it can effect my mobility. The place I was going to book, wouldn't have suited me at all. I have booked another place that will be far more comfortable. ❤ Thank you so much. This will be my first trip away since I lost my partner, and I was a little scared to go alone. Yeah Steve walked along there back in 1960, But was a little brat of 3 years old. And then six month later My Mum and Dad thought it would be a good idea to go to AUSTRALIA. Now i`m 65. And been here for ever.!

A beautiful promenade like that one is hard to find and beat, not to mention the fact that one can enjoy it SAFELY AT NIGHT is unheard of in many countries 😊.. We enjoy walking from St Juliens round to Sliema, always stop at the kiosk at Baluta Bay for a Cisk 🍻 I love Spinola Bay, nice to see everywhere lit up at night 👍

That was epic Steve i did part of that walk last March from Tower Rd to the church in Balluta Bay that was the afternoon though caught the the bus back to Paradise Bay. The wife's favourite place Siliema always had a meal in the magic kiosk sadly no longer i think the villa you mentioned was the Libyan embassy always had armed guards outside.Really enjoyed that walk with you thanks Steve 👍

Lovely video! Just to let you know the lighs around san gwann are on from 6pm, you can pas through the park near santa clara school and naxxar road, if you want to make a video ofcourse.

Its been a lovely mild autumn apart from the storm a few weeks ago, Day about 25c and around 16c ,Missed you last couple of lives been a bit busy keep it up and look forward to thailand adventure I put my Koi chaing trip ooff in April the girl was doing my head in !! Maybe something hong kong in june

My and usual walk day and night. That old villa opposite next was the old Libyan embassy on 60s and early 70s I believe. I always stay at the twin towers (Plaza Regency) and one of my locals The Plow and Anchor. The other Just up the road cheapest bar in Malta NASSA BAR , next trip end of May. Keep up the good work. The Fortzza place is St Julian's Tower. The last time I was there, five years ago now, sadly, they were still doing great pizza and other good food, good wines, decent prices, and very friendly, pleasant and attentive staff. Good place. I found some history on it on Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Julian%27s_Tower
