I think a neat little detail that most people might miss, is Myurran's attitude before Rimuru questions and then "executes" her. To some, she may come off as callous and cold about her actions, but she's passively antagonizing Rimuru and Tempest so the hatred goes towards her, *and not Youm or Grucius.* She realized she got people killed, is resigned to her fate, and doesn't want to drag her friends down with her.

I hope Gobta's VA got a raise after this episode. Deserved. When this episode first released, there were a few reactors who legit wanted to drop the series after the Shion reveal, especially those who were doing live reactions on Twitch. Those of us who had read the manga and light novel did our best to convince them to keep going, without spoiling, promising it would be worth it. Shion is easily a fan favourite, so this happening made them even more invested in the 3.14% we had for hope.

And something that gives more depth to the scene where Rimuru stay near Shion's body it's that in the light novel he stayed there without moving for close to 3 days, before Eren came with a solution

You should react to Solo Leveling. It`s one of the best pieces of fiction I`ve ever watched / read (anime just dropped out). It`s an Isekai combined with modern world, story grows to be at international level and the growth and pacing are one of the things you can`t get bored. This is just a sum but I hope it will catch your eyes and give it a chance! Peace!

Yeah, it is damned upsetting for me that the anime does NOTHING to show that Rimiru stayed at Shion’s side for 3 days. I mean, that seems dramatic enough and important enough to show in the fing show, guys! TenSura is quite terrible with it’s time differentiations. Everything always looks like it happens immediately.

This was when S2 started to get annoying at times for me ... I know that the anime fudges time often ... but generally it never did so in a way that would harm the worldbuilding consistency until now. You see it was established that even with the new highway that Rimuru had build, traveling between Blumund and Tempest takes a few days .. unless you have a Tempest Wolf or equivalent... The anime excluded 2 details here. After the meeting where the human Merchant told Rimuru why Falmus attacked .. before he visited Hakuro ond co Rimuru evacuated many of the Humans to Blumund using a teleportation gate spell ... this allows movement between 2 points the caster visited for small groups .... this allowed Blumund to be informed the same day about what is going on. Rimuru did this ... because he realized that Falmus would not want humans around that could and would contradict their version of events ... and so they most likely set up an ambush on the path to Blumund to kill of the humans that try to flee Tempest for Blumund .... Tis also explains how Eren and her party learned of this fast enough to rush to tempest in 3 days. 3 Days Rimuru spent searching for a way to bring Shion and the others back
