This was quite helpful, as I'd taken a break from Slime Rancher for a couple months and this helped me figure out where those last markers were. My only suggestion for the future is maybe when you reach the markers/fountains/gordos, briefly pull up your map so we can see where exactly you are. I find I often have a hard time remembering exactly where certain locations are based just on the surroundings (especially if I haven't played in a bit), but if I see a map I can at least know what area to aim for and then find familiar landmarks.

This isnt necessarily true, they spawn randomly in many different areas of the glass desert. For example I found one near the steps of the entrance of the glass desert.

Wait for some trade with Tangle Plorts or activate rock slimes fountain, water plants around area where Tangle Gordo was and catch some Tangle Slimes in an Oasis to the right from the place where Tangle Gordo was. They spawn only at day. U r welcome.

Here's the order I went in for the Gordo's pink rad phosphor after this it gets tricky honey keep the honey key and the phosphor key bring 50 fruit and 50 chicken with you to the ancient ruins then pop the quantum and the boom Gordo this should get you enough keys to open all of the doors I may or may not have missed one or two

Sorry about that, I was trying to not make a five-hour video, so maybe I cut some things short. Which door? The Moss Blanket goes to the "big door" aka Plort Door, and I show how to get from there through the Ancient Ruins to the portal where you need 5 quantum plorts -- stepping on the portal takes you to the Glass Desert...so I'm not sure which door you're talking about.
