Fab video..well done on your great loss. I’ll share this with my SW group. A large white wine though is more like 10 syns I think..plus blitzed fruit takes on a syn value…it’s to do with how we can take in more calories that way than if we just eat the fruit whole. Either way though you’re doing so well and you look fab. I look forward to seeing your target video! BTW where do you get your American gear and do you have to pay customs duties? Thanks ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️
