Lake Skinner and Diamond Valley Lakes both look beautiful from 7K feet. French Valley is my local airport. I am not a pilot, only time I have ever flown in the plane was as a kid at an airshow at Riverside Muni. Whee you go up for a circle around the city and land. That was probably 25 years ago. I would love to be able to catch them once at F70 when they are testing one of the new aircraft and watch it. Congrats! Just found the channel so I hope you are enjoying it still.

I'm watching from faraway India and have been eyeing this plane for a while, and the sheer joy of one's first flight in one's own plane I got to see now thanks to you! Best wishes for many a mile, many a smile, across the sky may you keep flying!!! PS: I couldn't become a fighter pilot due to having a hole in my heart, but I went on to be a parajumper. The desire to fly though has caught up with me again and this is the bird that seems lovely! Thanks again!

Boy, oh boy, Richard. This video brought back some memories for this ole flyboy. That sling looks sharp; reminds me of the old Grumman Tiger. The only thing I would change is to move the pilot's throttle quadrant to the left side. I've always believed that that is where it should be, anyway. But, that's just me. I want to feel like I'm flying a fighter, not some big lumbering cargo plane or cattle car in the sky. Nevertheless, I still envy you man. Hopefully if things work out, I'll be back in these here Hawaiian skies, soon myself. meantime, aim high and good flyiin'.

Hi Richard, nice video! Can you tell me what kind of iPad holder you use on the left side of your (close to the canopy door? Is it a permanent fix?

It's the Mygoflight Flex Bolted Quick Release Mount with Universal Cradle. I bolted into my side pocket. It works amazingly! As far as I'm concerned, for this plane, it's the perfect iPad holder solution.
