Good for you. I have had a few lads who are fighting in various local MMA promotions ask me for some boxing advice and when I ask them why they dont put more time into boxing they always say "it is too complicated". Whatever the case, nice fellas but the lot is awful in boxing fundamentals. No footwork, pivot, or head movement along with awkward flailing punches

I have a random wire on the roof of my house (terrace type roof, the wire is head level, and then it slants to the ground for some reason) and I practice on it in the morning when the sun is light or in the evening so I also get some vit D. Sometimes I attach a boxing glove or tie my skipping rope handles around the line and punch the glove/rope handle as I roll so that the whole line moves unpredictably helping sharpen my reflexes. It so much fun to practice on it (although exhausting and a little bit annoying when the moving wire smacks you in the jaw), and the downwards slant really helps to go as low as possible when defending to get that Tyson style rolling and slipping movement. It's such a well-put video man, helped me fix some of the leg crossing mistakes I make just from watching. You're really one of the best coaches out there, def got the best accent. Love from Pakistan.

One should not underestimate these instructional boxing videos for other boxing martial arts such as Sanda or Muay Thai. As a practitioner of Chinese and Thai boxing I try to improve my boxing for guards, foot work, rolling and punching and Tonys videos are great. I personally know the benefit of learning from other martial arts when I combined Chinese kickboxing with Muay Thai. So keep up the brilliant work Tony, it is also for us kick boxers!

Thanks for all you do tony, I love the slip line. im a competitive amateur Boxer in southern California USA. And I use the slip line often in my training, one of my favorite ways to use it is to cross the slip line with another line like an x, and I get all over the place on and off the rope , this way that way etc... I keep my head , hands, and feet moving, and I get creative as I shadow box and move around the ropes. It's one of my favorite exercises. Thanks for an awesome video like always and God bless

Wow I absolutely love this training workout regime that you had set up. It was very complicated but it was a challenge and it made it exciting. I used a mobile clothesline hoist you can purchase single wire clothesline from your handyman stores. It is a single retractable clothesline that can be hooked up one end to whatever is at the right height and hook the other end and you can carry it everywhere and when you knock it it rolls it self back. And I definitely will look into these vitamins you look amazing and whatever you’re doing is working so I’ll give it a shot
