I have watched this performance of disasterpiece so many times comparingn to other ones they have already played before, and I must say this is by far their best. Everything is on point.

100% Eloy on kit. What I’d like to know is who they’ve got on samples now too.

So refreshing to see Slipknot on a smaller stage again. Much easier for the energy to bounce back and forth between them and the crowd.

Made me dissapointed when Jay was "fired"...Has changed my mind..Sorry Jay... Wasn´t Expecting that Eloy could do any diffrent to their music than it already was, didn´t even know it could be done.. But what do i know as a Guitar/Bassplayer..Eloy is making that Drumkit begging for Mercy....🙏🤘

You are crazy? To think that Eloy wouldn't add anything to the band is, to say the least, limitless stupidity! Without a doubt, Eloy is one of the greatest to ever come through slipknot, and probably the only one very close to 99% of the sound of the eternal Joey!

The way this show is so reminiscent of the band‘s beginning in the 1990s is incredible. The outfits, the sound, the masks (though resembling how time passed by!), the rudimentary stage design, the small venue, the energy,… It‘s just a brilliant start of the anniversary tour. Would have loved to have been there!

No disrespect to the previous drummers (especially Joey) but this drummer is THE best drummer they've ever had. No slip-ups, doesn't go 50× faster than the original tempo, includes all the tricks from the album. Very impressed 👏

what i love most about this is "the heat of the moment", meaning played without metronome. but not like the recent years where everything was imo way to fast making the groovy parts not groovy. this is just right in the perfect pocket. love it. thanks eloy i guess! :D
@nolifebr9 ай бұрын
Eloy is actually using in-year clicks to play live with them. You can see a digital metronome in one iPad in some of the videos.
@sebastian.lightup9 ай бұрын
@@grimfist79 If it's click I guess it's the Craig Reynolds route. Manually mapping out a very good live rehearsal and using this instead of a grid click. That could be super possible since it's getting more and more popular.

I love how you can hear every single person in the crowd belting the god damn lyrics in unison. It's beautiful.
