Thank you for an amazing nap ❤ I do love watching your episodes in general. They are amazing. But a favorite part of my life some years ago was coming home. Curling up in bed. Putting on time team and having the best nap ever. Your show is Magical in many ways.

Good thing they had the noisy meal episode at the start 😄. I've listened to this show for years when I fall asleep, but the commercial break drumbeats (which I really love!!!) have been disruptive while trying to sleep. It feels wrong to have them removed here, but it's more conducive to sleeping.❤ This compilation is "a keeper"!

I actually have a playlist of timeteam episodes I use to sleep for a while. But not because it’s not exciting. A couple of years ago, both of my roommates were gone for a couple of weeks and it was the first time I’d been alone in years. So I felt incredibly lonely. So I turned on time team to have the sound of talking, and so I could distract myself with some lovely archaeology. Now the sound of scraping trowels and Tony giving Stewart and John crap about not finding anything helps put me to sleep all the time. 😂

1:05 grinding corn in medieval times? Bruv, corn didn’t exist in Europe until the Columbian Exchange… 🤨
@jcollins3182Ай бұрын
My understanding is that “corn” was just generic for grain, and what we mean by corn in the U.S. is often called “maize” in Europe, not just in Spanish. Does anyone have more info on that?

Because it was broadcast in 2007. TV was a much ‘lower resolution’ then, so that’s what’s available.
