Colorado native here. Telluride is home to one of the most important and noteworthy film festivals in the country (and Oprah). Pagosa Springs is home to one of Colorado's most calming natural hot springs. Durango is an open ? as I haven't been there in a while. None, however, are safe spaces nor sanctuary cities for hate/haters. All 3, however, are small blue dots surrounded by large red mountains.
