Why do you receive SSI? I was taking medication for ADHD, couldn't understand the other lame excuse. My husband has 3 serious medical issues, one of which is his back. He has had 4 surgeries for his very painful back issues, in 2 days he will have the 5th surgery because the disc's in his spine are bone on bone, the disc's no longer exist. Guess what, he was turned down by social security disability! I don't get it, taking medication for ADHD shouldn't qualify for SSI. The social security administration is out of control, there are too many able bodied people are defrauding every law abiding tax payers in the United States.

Couldn’t agree with you more !!!! I have a screwed up back from some A$$hole who rear ended us @ 70 miles/hour as we sat @ a red light 🚦. I am a medical professional, and this accident took my career from me. I have had 5 neck surgeries from this BS. I had to hire an attorney to fight SS. God bless you and your husband.

Why are the taxpayers paying for two attorneys for someone eh is not a citizen of the USA? I am all for immigration, my mom came legally in 1956 from Germany. I am just confused about this??? I know if I were in trouble,(we are just above poverty line) I would have to pay for a lawyer…

I'm going to take the place of Judge Boyd's statistics professor. There's a very good reason why the cases Judge Boyd sees is the DUI driver survive the accident and someone else is killed because if the DUI driver was killed in the accident then there's no criminal charge and Judge Boyd doesn't see them. It's a classic example of the survivorship bias fallacy which I'm sure Judge Boyd's statistics professor taught her.
