To those who don't get it: Slovene "stol" = chair Other Slavic "stol"* = table A Slovene table is "miza". :) (*with national spelling differences) In addition, "chair" is "stol" also in Bul. and Mac. 🙂 Incidentally, I wonder if the "stol" meaning "chair" isn't a Germanic inloan somehow? Da./Swe./Nor. "stol", Ger. "Stuhl", Afr./Ned./Fri. "stoel", Lux. "Stull"..... 🧐🤔

The polish Word 'szukac' is very dangerous to use in Slovakia or Czech republik. :D ..... 'Szukam ženy.' In Polish means 'I am looking for my wife' in Slovak or Czech it means 'I fuck all of the women.'

@@DeadnWoon Slovene differs much from other South Slavic languages. It is somehow bridge language between West and South Slavic. It is more South, for sure, but it is very hard to understand for others South Slavs. I think Macedonians and Bulgarians don't understand it almost at all.

Dunaj was named after goddess Dana or Danica. Her sister was Zorica or Zarja. (although they have had 3rd sister called Severnitsa or Polaris star), in Vedas Zorica was known as Sara-Swati (Zora (Zarya) Sveta)... in Ireland as Danu... which became later Sara or Sarah, wife or Abraham... Abraham = Vedic Brahma (where "A" stands in Sanskrit as something which "opposes" (is inverted); his wife was Saraswati, her symbol was a Swan. Symbol of goddess Dana or Danica, Irish Danu was a swan, the oldest "Hyperborean" (northern goddess)... from rivers Don, Dnieper, Donava or Dunay...

Kot, Cat, which derives from the verb "kotat", "kotač", "kotaliti se", "skotiti se". The lingual root is "KT" which means "to rotate" (or to be born like a CATtle), "Cat" is not a "germanic" term at all...

in German a chair is also Stühl. And polish cats were commonly called Maćki. Maciek in Polish is not only a male name. It's an old, dialect word. One meaning is 'a cat', another - 'a belly', 'fatso'. Maybe 'takie Maćki', means 'takie grubasy' (fat cats). And 'jagody' in old Polish also means 'girly cheeks', because they were blushing. Maybe like strawberry ;) Jagoda it is also a polish female name :)
