Because he's a Russian patriot. He was always saying Australia is not his motherland but Russia. Now, when it's tough times for Russia, he's left it for Australia. When the time changes, he'll be back in Russia.

He's right.. The referee had the power to stop the fight to protect the boxers... Boxers will always want to carry on regardless because that's who they are... I've seen heaps of fights stopped on referees decision as this one should have been. Why in gods good heaven would you allow a possibly concussed person if they r alright... Even normal Joe public would say they are OK.. It's a automatic response...
