I'm 100% introverted and only really go out for work or to skateboard if in the mood (even then I am alone!). At work I have really come out of my shell and you'd probably find it hard to see I am an introvert now unless you are one yourself or very good at picking up on things lol.

Haha, well I guess that means you feel super comfortable at work!! I know what you mean though, when I really feel at ease somewhere or with someone I'm not introverted at all and never shut up, lol 🤣💛 But on the other hand there's a certain magic of spending time on your own~ I guess you feel that when you go out to skateboard - for me it's during my walks or runs, then I just enter this quiet zen mode and it's the best feeling ever 🙏

@@TheCozyHermit Yup and when I game too, always alone lol. I used to skate with friends but then I moved to a new town so I don't see them now but it's all good. I actually love skateboarding alone, together, it's good always and it's very zen. When I was at my worst I would always skate and forget everything! As it's one activity where your mind is 100% on that activity!

Extrovert or introvert? I think I might be... both? When I am with my spiritual family, I feel that I can be truly myself, but that's because they accept and love me for who I really am, regardless of what I'm currently facing. They give me strength in hours that I need the most, and we also enjoy the time we have together. Outside that group, I rather be more reserved. I'm not into crowded parties or hang-outs since they tend to nearly drain me to exhaustion, so I actually need to be very careful, because otherwise, it might affect my productivity right after. This cycle of renewal is very constant in my life, so I go through these "phases" quite often. We live here closer to the beach, so this is also a spot I find myself going when I need to "recharge batteries". 🌊🌊🌊

I can totally relate to what you say here 🤎 When I’m around the people I love, I’m very comfortable and might even appear more like an extrovert - but when I am around people I don’t know, I am very quiet and withdrawn 😅 Like you, I am not into crowded parties either; I absolutely understand what you say about feeling drained from those kinds of experiences! It just zaps away all of my energy, and then I need days or longer of quietude and alone time to recharge and heal 🙈🤍 Oooh yes, I can imagine that the beach must be a wonderful place to come back to yourself again; that’s the power of nature 🥹🌿

I recognize a lot of what you explain in your videos! it is good to create a quiet moment in your day so that you also have the opportunity to focus on the more common things in your life we always seem to take for granted.
