Love the puppy! I want to add as someone that is Milia prone around my eyes the biossance causes milia to pop up for me. I’ve tried it a few times and it always happens. It’s a lovely texture though and it didn’t irritate my eyes which is usually my issue

@@akali5704 I use them both after toner and essence. Apply the peptide first then the A-game and do to the summer I use Dr. ceuracle kombucha cream ladt because the consistency is so lightweight - perfect for the summer in Denmark 😊

@@kennethAmos8929 thank you. I have been kinda worried about trying peptides into my night routine with retinal but I’m definitely ready for some added benefits. Sometimes I use a peptide serum in the morning but having to be careful not to mix copper peptides and Vitamin C together makes me question always! So I have been using the Purito unscented centella serum with my vitamin C in the morning but I have like 4 other peptide serums I want to try out and I have only been doing so on my recovering nights and I would like to try to incorporate them on my retinal nights to maybe get some better reaults

@@akali5704 Don’t be scared to use Copper tripeptide-1 and vitamin C together - they are totally safe to use together…. If you take iS-clinical super serum advance+ - its a vitamin C and copper tripeptide-1 my dermatologist told me to start with that…. So I did. Now I use G&G or K-Beauty instead….. and my skin looks better then ever… 😊 But with all active ingredients, you have to know your skin and start slow 😊

KELLY!!!!!! I saw you used the Olaplex on your hair before you dry it. And I was like “oh me too, hers looks different” I go to my bathroom and I’m using one in the same bottle but it’s number 8 and on the back it tells you to RINSE!!!!! I have been using a rinse off mask as a leave on THIS WHOLE TIME!!!!!!!!!! Girl….im so dumb 😂😂😂😂

Thank you for the reminder to use the entire tube of SPF once you cut open the top! There’s always so much product that it’s a shame to waste it. Does the same thing hold true for non-SPF products? I have the La Roche-Posay triple repair moisturizing cream in the pump bottle and there is always so much left at the bottom that the pump just does not reach. My boyfriend always cuts the bottle in half for me and we scoop it out and put it in a glass container. Should I do not this? This particular product only has a six month shelflife once it’s opened.

It's fine for non-protective products like moisturizers, the preservative will hold up for a while. It's just that the sunscreen filters are no longer guaranteed to give you the labeled SPF when you compromise the packaging system it was specifically formulated for.

The preservative system is not guaranteed to hold up so just be careful and on the lookout for any changes. A product's shelf life is accounted for the specific packaging it is in, transfering it to different types of plastic vs glass vs metal can make all the difference.

I use BOJ retinal eye cream at night and am running out of my haruharu bakuchiol eye cream soon for day time brightening and plumping. I havent tried cosrx snail peptide eye cream yet, so it may be a safe choice. Do you have your "safe" eye creams you enjoy? We have the same skin type and needs so youre my skincare twin go-to!

I don't experience it too much but I like Oxiclean max force stain spray (or gel stick) for any discoloration and staining in laundry, it usually takes care of it in about an hour, but older stains might need to sit with it for 1-2 days. Wash in cold and line dry until you know the stain is out!

Hi Kendall, I think you posted this comment on my short last week about this topic. I did respond but maybe you missed it, this was my response: It's impossible to say, once the packaging is compromised it's really up to the formula and preservatives and how they respond to the change in environment they were not formulated to withstand, it's impossible to know! I would be cautious with sunscreen. Now, moisturizers and other skincare, absolutely no probs there!

I think the Estée Lauder acquisition of Deciem Beauty Group was just finalized in June 2024 - do you foresee them discontinuing their NIOD Copper Peptide Serum? Or even reformulating it?

They have been involved in the brand since 2017 and became majority stake holders in 2021, there will be a lot more changes in the coming year with the finalized acquisition, I couldn't predict what products will be affected, but I think it's reasonable to expect more price increases and shake-ups to the core line up.

Hey Kelly! Have you tried the ordinary copper peptides serum? If so, which one is better: the ordinary or G&G one? I’m currently using the ordinary one but I don’t like it much, especially after loving Niod copper petides serum (which is too expensive 😢).

G&G doesn't use the same copper peptide as the Ordinary, they use Copper Palmitoyl Heptapeptide-14) trade named X50 Antiaging. It's a little bit of a different point of view and can be used alongside retinoids which is not recommended with The Ordinary. G&G doesn't smell like a wet penny either, which is a plus!

There are food grade chia seed oil available in Amazon. Much bigger bottles - Sow and Foods Alive are a couple of brands that offer it.

for combo skin for under makeup do you suggest the farmacy honey milk essence or laneige cream skin? i have the laneige one right now. I love a good plumping glow but do get oily in my tzone and i tend to be more combo oily than combo dry. also a good eye cream for plumping the under eyes but lays well under makeup? and a good mosturizer. i am using the pur cloud cream and the youth to the people one which do work for me as my skin isnt sensitive but i would not mind one with better ingredients haha

If you lean more oily maybe skip the milk essences? Something more hydrating like the Dr Jart Hydro Plump Essence might serve you better! Not sure if it's up your alley but Cerave Moisturizing Cream has an amazing finish for makeup imo!
