Loved it. Im used to upper body + cardio Kelly style workouts. I didn't sweat so much with this one, but now that i finished my arms are shaking 😂 ir really kicks your butt in a different way. Great trainer, workout and ideal length!!

I'd never guess I would enjoy slow tempo routines this much! The burn was almost throwing me off at times but focusing on Brian's count really helped. Thank you for such an effective workout! ❤

I loved this. I really love slow tempo workouts, and I love how much bicep action there was. I have a weak lower back, so only having one full bent over move was perfect for me. Definitely a new fav upper body workout of mine!

Loved the warmup and cooldown, the encouraging affirmations, the speed of the reps to focus on time under pressure, and the variety of exercises. Very nice! The exercises that involved alternating reps tended to be lopsided though, with an odd number of reps meaning I started and ended on the same side and had to throw in an extra rep to balance things out, then rewind the video to catch up. It would be nice if the timing worked out to keep things even. Thanks for the great workout!

Very nice workout for focusing on form. I was worried at first starting out with heavy chest press weight and didn't think I'd be able to do the rows with the same weight, but it worked well.

They're getting older! Life happens. Kelly has had major health issues over the last few years, too. So now FB has brought in some new folks to fill the gaps.
