Some sweet finds for CO. I miss my prairie rattlesnakes, feisty. Cool to see those meese? mooses, moose. Mice? Big critters.

@@smetlogik yes indeed, Matt and Siobhan have been trying to see one in the wild for quite some time. That was guiding the destinations of a few of their past trips, places where that could happen!

@@chugging-alkaline-h20 yes they are, very different from the timbers we’re used to at home

Hate snake videos... But, sometimes I have to watch them.

@@ForgetU well, thanks for watching. Some of the crew loves to find them! On a bright note, our bow season is getting ready to open, so, hopefully, we’ll tag a deer here soon and get video of that!

I'm an aspiring herper in CO, I'm curious if you have any info about where to go and how to find good road crossing areas.
@SharingTheOutdoors2 ай бұрын
@@DMoneys36 We’re not from Colorado so I don’t know how much help we would be. Road cruising is just a matter of putting in the hours and seeing what you spot. Other than that, nearby water sources are always a big help
@DMoneys362 ай бұрын
@@SharingTheOutdoors thanks. I feel like info online about herping is slim - which makes sense because people are hesitant to reveal spots to poachers

@@DMoneys36 lot of collectors out there. When we travel to a new area we look for habitat and public access, and spend time driving in those areas around and right after dark because the warm pavement attracts critters as things cool off. If we see something we move it off the road
