For a game that leans more on horror side of transformation look up the Wretched and Alone game Horse Girl. I got it for free just like Slugfest. It's one of the most disturbing games I've ever played which is a little suprising since it's a solo game.

Speaking of sex in RPGs, check out Apocalypse World. In it different classes have different outcomes for sex when rolling dice, for example, if The Diver class succides, nothing happens, which I find funny
