I actually know more glitches than you showed in Sly 1, I also learned some I didn't know. I'm not gon'na list all of them but I'll try to describe my favorite one... make sure you have the defy gravity power-up. Go to Mugshots overworld. Then go to the tilting metro cart on the magnet crane, make it tilt forward towards the closest level, I suggest going just far enough to make it tilt, then quickly run back towards the dog was before you killed it, while still inside the metro cart, jump off to an endless pit. If done correctly as Sly is defying gravity, the cart should tilt lower than when you had jumped off then making you jump on top of the metro cart. This is where it gets hard, now that you are on top of the metro cart turn towards the magnet crane that is holding the cart. Then tilt the metro cart again forward towards the level, then at the highest peek of the middle of the cart, jump off the metro cart towards the rail towards the magnet crane's cock pit, this is difficult because you really have to go the max range of your jumps, if done correctly Sly will just land with his knees. If you fail don't worry Sly will jump back on top of the metro cart. Next is the easiest part, jump into the cock pit of the magnet crane, if there's an invisible wall try to find an open area, then once in it, jump towards the fence, there should be a place where there is no invisible wall, try to find it, then you should be able to leave the overworld, and walk on air. After that you can't really do much and if you fall you'll be in an infinite free fall animation. It's best to use your decoy power-up to see if it falls through the air or lands on invisible floor. You will pass by the level the metro cart would have taken you. If you run into a wall try to jump over it. Before you jump the fence, you can also go up the crane's arm through the cock pit but can't really do much, but it's fun to see the whole Mugshot world.

In sly 2, when playing as sly, if you ground pound on a mission starting waypoint, his hat will be missing in the binocucom cutscene. Also, in sly 2 in the second episode, when playing as Murray, if you have the power up that allows you to jump while carrying a guard, you can take them back to your hideout and the guard will be stuck over Murray's head ,once inside.

In Sly 3, its more of a game mechanic. If you shrink any goon, they get insta killed. So I guess its just the same for Carmelita.

You missed the Carmelita Death glitch for sly 3, only Bentley is able to kill Carmelita in this game, using the size destabilizer, shrink Carmelita and kill her, then you can push her body around as she lies limp on the floor

"Menace In The North, Eh?" Has kind of a glitch that's very rare to my knowledge. If you go inside the laser sawmill after you've completed the game, and go around the area exactly as you would in the heist and then go out, the game will think you're doing the heist and continue as it would normally. Even weirder is that afterwards you can replay the entire level 7 from that point on all the way to the operation.

The order in which you open the vaults in Sly 1 determines what item you get - each level is not programmed to have a specific item.

In sly 2 in the last episode on one of the last missions you get to use the mega jump well at the end after the mission if you stay on the last tower you can jump on clockwork/clock-la and fall to your death but shortly after you spawn ,still falling, some pretty interesting visuals start happening. Edit:changed level to episode.

here's a weird glitch, in the level, dead men tell no tales, and get to the part where you need to find some treasure while avoid being attacked by crocodiles, you can actually put on your pirate disguise and the crocs will ask you for a pirate password as if they were an average pirate mook. I think you can also do this in a Cold alliance during the Panda King flash back.

In episode three of Sly 2, there's a specific vine nearly right next to the safehouse that Sly can latch on to. If you go up to the top of it, Sly will start vibrating intensely.

I remember seeing that glow on the destroyed opera house and thought it was funny. I also remember a scene where a guard would be stung by a scorpion caught by Murray's car, but not react to it in any way. It's weird to watch a guard yawning when a mine is attacked by an army of scorpions. On a less funny note, there was a bug where a monkey guard would get stuck on scenery when attempting to take a picture (without him) in China... the cutscene would loop the same animation and never end. You pretty much had to kill the guard beforehand (without alarming or killing the other guards) or you would get stuck.

There was a glitch I surprisingly found on my own when playing Sly 1. It's also in the Unseen Foe level. You need to have the powerup that allows you not take damage when you fall out of the sky (or be really skilled with using lucky charms). You also need the "fast motion" powerup. So in The Unseen Foe, you go to where the vault is, and you'll notice a bouncy pad. I made my own fun by jumping on the bounce pad, while in fast motion, and falling out of the sky a lot, so that Sly would fly back up to the bounce pad. But if you jump near one of the trees at just the right angle, you'll fly back to the bounce pad, and the pad will launch you to a far side of the level map, and if you're lucky, you'll be sent to an area where you're just falling through the level map. You'll see a lot of darkness, and snow falling. Afterwards, you can get out of fast motion and chill, or dive, or fall in slow motion, as Sly is endlessly falling through the level. (I've also noticed if you're launched to that far side of the map, and turn the camera, you may be able to stop yourself falling through the map, and then watch yourself fly all the way back to the bounce pad again). I haven't been able to make this glitch work at normal speed.

I remember one glitch I found in chapter 5 in the second game. There's a certain proxy on Neyla's chapel where Sly can get locked into his falling animation if you jump in it right! He'll just keep falling in place, and it's hard to get out. I even thought it was a softlock until I did the downward spiral attack, and got out of it.

Cool video! I actually didn't know about any of these glitches. My friend and I encountered a really weird one in Sly 1. My friend was fighting Mz. Ruby and was just about to get to the 3rd platform for the final part of the boss fight..but it glitched and skipped the last section! Then it played the cutscene where Mz. Ruby is talking to Sly after she's been beaten, but Mz. Ruby is nowhere to be seen on camera! It was so bizarre, and I've played Sly 1 multiple times and have never gotten a glitch this extreme! xD I guess this glitch can happen in the HD collection, but we were playing the original PS2 version..makes me wonder if we just encountered a really rare glitch lol.

There's another glitch in Sly 3, If you return to the first level with the Binocucom gadget, replay the missions where Bently has to find the combinations inside the paintings. If you enter the one with the spotlights, place the binocucom on one of them just right, and you can get it to constantly fire around the room trying to hit the binocucom. Normally this just destroys the binocucom, but if its in the right spot, you can get it to fire forever.

Also on sly three on the flight of fancy level if you knockout dive into one of the windows outside the hideout you can freely roam the hideout. In the back corner of the hideout if you double jump you'll get catapulted downwards and be endlessly shot into the void until you reload the game.

There's also a glitch in Sly 2: Band of Thieves in Episode 7. The lighthouse that is really the Northern Lights Battery can be climbed from within the ice. It's been awhile since I've done it but I believe you just have to double jump and hit circle to climb the ice and if done at the right angle you will be behind the ice and most of the icicles can't hurt you. Just something I found when I was a child.

A minor glitch in Sly 2: Go to any mission for sly. Touch the sly-face by jumping and pressing the triangle button. Sly's hat will float above his head in the binocucom image.

There's also a game breaking glitch in sunset snake eyes that I haven't been able to replicate but my friend did it when I was showing him the game. If you jump off one of the first tall rocks and land on a specific tile the entire game jumps to a black screen and the system doesn't comply anymore until you turn it off and then back on again.

The table glitch in he museum level is caused by the table top hitting the ground and bouncing for a moment before disappearing. You followed it down and when it bounced up, it shot you skyward. This can be seen by destroying it and standing back to watch the table sputter on the ground for a moment

if you play carmilita during the end game at kaine island and knock out guards onto the police spawn thing in the boat, if you stand on it when one gets up you'll get launched. also as the guru if you spam jump at the hay at the point where you could crawl under you'll get into a proxy launch upwards and it'd take half your health.

There's a tiny glitch in Sly 2 in the second episode with Jean Bison. It's during the mission where you shoot the laser out of a log cabin and eventually redirect it to unfreeze the wooly mammoth. While inside the log cabin when you reach where the safe is. Jump on top of the safe and towards the wooden wall and keep hitting the circle button and you will go through the wall and under the table on the other side. Allowing you to skip some of the mission.

There’s a really funny glitch in sly 2’s second to last episode. Go to any of the floating lighthouses off the coast as Sly. Equip the jukebox item (I haven’t played Sly in a while so I forget the exact name), and throw it on the lighthouse. The tiny island/lighthouse should dip forward, making for some funny images. Once the jukebox stops playing, the lighthouse will stay dipped until you move again.

Wow I had no idea there were so many glitches I hadn't discovered! In the Carmelita chase level in Mesa City, right at the beginning, I used to hit the bin, then jump on it. If you do it just right, it launches you into the air and up on to the top of the building next to you. Also, in the other Carmelita chase level in China, you can get right up close to her at the section right before the end. There's a spot that you have to jump to, that she also jumps to, but she's always ahead of you. But if you bugger around and keep jumping back and forth on the ice, you can time it just right that you both jump on to the platform at the same time. If you pause the game at that moment, and move the right analogue stick around, the pause screen will disappear, and you can see them both quite clearly. You'll also notice that Carmelita is a freaking GIANT compared to Sly :P
