Anyone here after it became 0x? Crazy that the community was able to get it down to 0x? The ABC has come a long way, and the work that the community has done on this challenge is incredible. And now that ttc is 0x it gives new hope that hopefully they can beat the game in 0x.

He setted up a thing called HOLP,which is basically an object's last place where Mario held it. Once Mario throws an object,the HOLP will be set to the place of object that is about to be thrown by Mario.

+Glorious Wabunga It was recreated though. It was (at least kind of) determined to be a bit flip during a hardware malfunction. They assume this, because when the exact, emulated bit is flipped, it caused the same effect.

+CEtro569 The bit flip is currently the best hypothesis, though that still doesn't determine whether it was a hardware malfunction or an in-game bug that does it. Of course, before the bit-flip hypothesis, there was the ceiling triangle hypothesis, and so there's no telling whether a better hypothesis will soon come along.

+Oliver o niell I am not an expert on the engine of this game, but my idea would be that there's no way to do it through the floor because Mario would hit the death barrier and, well, die, and to do it through the roof would probably not be successful (and be much less manageable than simply horizontal PU movement because Mario is constantly accelerated downward while in the air).

Well everyone seems to like the commentated version, so I'm trying to do that for this wave of improvements. That also makes it unnecessary for me to have explanations in the uncommentated versions. Though, making the commentated versions isn't easy or quick, so the new videos will come out slower than they otherwise would.

I can't perform any extensive research on the game anymore. My computer's hard drive is full, so it can't run SM64 on the computer. Mupen64 is just a bad N64 emulator. AAAAAND Gameshark does not work on my tablet with SM64 on it. GG me.
