The reason the villagers are angry is because of a bug with how you allocate resources. The faces under the food and drink are buttons and they default to limited rations every time you load into the game so make sure to switch it to plentiful rations after you load the game. It's the little arrow pointed at the frowny face.

Put your old tattered clothes in your personal storage. If they disappear, what are you out. it will free up a spot in your inventory. The water you assigned Sayuri to get wouldn't appear in the water storage, until after the season change. Now that you've taken her off that task, it won't. I need to do the bridge repair next. Yeah, watching you caused me to buy the game. spent about 5 hours playing it yesterday. Thanks Kage. lol

Explore and recruit more people. The way to recruit is to look for a small campfire anywhere. I found 4 people near around Segi. The Vid Is Great, Thank You. (Btw, Fast Travel Still Can't Be Done)

It did come up as “bandit” when you first walked up. I think that might be because you didn’t know his name yet and once you met him his name came up instead of his title. Edit: Been really enjoying this series. It’s a good morning game. Super chill.

Are you going to salvage the burnt buildings and trees in your village? Also I think you need to make bowls for your companion to use to gather water from the well. There’s a hunter you can recruit as well, check your mission list.

I'm so eager to play Sengoku Dynasty, but I have to wait until I get paid which sucks atm, this very game is like the one thing I've been waiting for ages, I mean how many more people have been waiting for open-world building in Japan, I played many others, but none were like this.

you can always build a second hunters hut if food is an issue, this way you can assign a villager AND yourself to gather meat... my thought is if the village gets big enough, you would need additional resource structures anyways...

If you need meat, cross the bridge and follow the road until you reach an open hillside on the right with a few deer. Go up the hillside and follow to the left and you'll find boars around the rocks and in the forest. Easy to kill as they charge you and can be killed with 4-5 spear throws. Repeat daily.

The storage in your house will decay food, same as your inventory. Everything else you put in there, is safe

Decay just means that your food that you leave in there will go off and slowly become spoiled and inedible.

its hard to score a early access game, it will be worked on for a long time so it will get better and to me I went through early access with Medievall Dynasty and from beginning both games are about the same I give this game a bit more than MD at beginning,

I have no idea how to make the villager happy and I have 9 villagers already . They always have that angry emoji so I just hunted till I got 50 meats and just put in the food storage. I also put every tool whether they need or not in the Dynasty storage. Now they all have a huge smiling face😂

You can play co-op at the very beginning on the beach. The first playthrough I saw of this, they were playing multiplayer.

I'm pretty sure one of those places with the walls around it is either a palace cuz there's be there one is the emperor's Palace and the other it has to be a noble Lord's Manor if I remember from my history since those places are or fancy than your village

​ @Kage848 Hey just wanted to bring this up that the villagers dont actually eat the raw meat they cook it, its just not really something you see in the game play, and also its just a place holder and they eat by volume not by what is actually in the storage. So if your villages need 150 food and you have 160 they will eat up to that 150 amount of food, whether is showing cooked or not. Second point i wanted to bring up is that some of the villagers buildings like the shack near the water, and the tent camp between the building and road, a tent camp or boat on the beach that is north of the village, a shack that is across the river near the bridge mission all have lootable storage containers in them. They will give you some valuable items like Iron or stone knives, clothing, food and other various things. The food they sometimes give is great for putting in ur food storage and will go toward your village stockpile. I currently have 3k worth of food mostly looted from the lootable containers around the map, There are also broken down carts along the roads that will have containers in them to loot. Those containers are also lootable every season change. They will drop different things each time you loot them so it is good to check them every season. the beach ones will disappear after looting them and may or may not have a new structure on the beach which is usually a boat or a tent. But it is good to check every season. One last thing for items that you dont want consumed by the villagers you can place in a personal Storage container for your house. This storage you can place ALMOST anything inside it, and it wont be used up by the villagers. Its under furniture-> housing Furniture-> container, in the build tool menu, Also decay means that if you put food in there it will be lost over time, i think that food will last for 2 or 3 seasons but not confirmed yet, and i do believe that the buildings do decay over time also but I dont think it is implemented yet in the game.

A cage if you don't see your raw meat in the food storage it should be in your general storage as rot so you can craft fertilizer

you need dynasty rank 7 for recruiting more ppl do quests and special projects and then follow that questline itll open up for more villager

Hey KAGE.....I bought this after watching your 1st video on it, it's absolutely Beautiful graphically...there's a lot needed....having a Bow would be great since we can get Arrows... I love that you have to make the Proper Tool for each job, definitely a tough Grind but I like that anyway....hunting mechanics and response needs work !!!.....more info During play as well, we're left wondering far too often...but overall it's an 8 with potential for more.

btw japanese usually pronounces 2 letters at a time unless the letter is shi, chi, or tsu. so you would pronounce sosogi as so so gee with a soft g as in geese

Medieval Dynasty was interesting up to the point you finish the main quests. It became repetitive and boring afterwards. I hope I see more content in this game.

Yep, that's what it is. If you can pick it up at a price point that works for you, it's fun for a few months and then it has no life left. You are forced down the same path if you want to 'advance', you have no meaningful choices, the map never changes and before your first character dies, there is nothing left to play for which really wipes out the whole concept of a dynasty game. Maybe I'm spoiled by proper dynasty games that give you all sorts of freedom like Crusader Kings but ultimately I found it a very disappointing game that doesn't live up to either word in it's name. It's not the Medieval Era, and it's not a dynasty game.

Seems the devs thought that UE 5 graphics would distract from the lack of content, odd designs and lack of polished gameplay for this price point. Reading between the lines it seems to me the publisher gives small teams a year of runway in Early Access, then it’s out in full release regardless of status. Medieval Dynasty was a fluke. That may explain the gameplay.
